Not only are Safedem and CEC staff represented at these meetings but organisations including Lothian &amp; Borders Police, Lothian &amp; Borders Fire and Rescue, and the Health and Safety Executive are all represented. This team plans and co-ordinates all of the various operations for the blowdown.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-186\" href=\"http:\/\/sighthilldemolition.co.uk\/?attachment_id=186\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-186\" title=\"Meeting1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.redroaddemolition.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Meeting1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Meeting1\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-187\" href=\"http:\/\/sighthilldemolition.co.uk\/?attachment_id=187\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-187\" title=\"Meeting 2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.redroaddemolition.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Meeting-2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Meeting 2\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXCLUSION ZONE<\/strong> \u2013 An exclusion zone is implemented for the blowdown and people living or working within this zone must leave for the duration of the operation.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-194\" href=\"http:\/\/sighthilldemolition.co.uk\/?attachment_id=194\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-194\" title=\"Community Liaison\" src=\"http:\/\/www.redroaddemolition.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Community-Liaison-150x133.jpg\" alt=\"Community Liaison\" width=\"150\" height=\"133\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>EVACUATION<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0Safedem\u2019s Community Liaison Team plan and co-ordinate the evacuation for the blowdown. The Team will visit those to be evacuated to put individual plans in place, and will endeavour to make the evacuation process as easy and comfortable for all those affected.
